Vander Park 2

Vander Park is a bright and dynamic family apartment designed for a household with four children and pets. The project explores how a generous urban interior can remain expressive, playful, and highly functional without losing architectural clarity.

The spatial concept is built around continuous movement and visual connections. A custom red metal structure becomes the organizing element of the apartment, guiding circulation and framing key functional zones. Color is used not as decoration, but as a navigational and architectural tool, helping to structure the space and give each area its own character.

Public areas are kept visually open and flexible, while private rooms are defined through material shifts and carefully calibrated color palettes. Industrial elements are balanced with warm textures and bespoke joinery, creating an interior that feels energetic yet grounded.

The apartment was designed to support everyday family life over time, allowing for change, activity, and growth, while maintaining a strong architectural identity.
