Our Approach
Studio
Residential interior design studio in La Jolla, California, specializing in private homes and major renovations.
We design high-end residential interiors for private clients across Southern California, including San Diego and Los Angeles, with select projects in New York.
Who we are
Founded by Anton and Marina Fruktov, the studio is built on a shared approach to residential design shaped by proportion, material, and construction precision.
With European design training and over two decades of experience, each project is developed as a coherent architectural composition, not a collection of elements.
As a husband-and-wife design duo, we work from two complementary perspectives — intuition and structure — balancing concept and execution as a continuous process.
Our work is grounded in clarity, restraint, and long-term living.
What we believe
We believe in the luxury of restraint.
True elegance comes from proportion, material, and presence. A well-designed home feels inevitable — clear, balanced, and effortless to inhabit.
Luxury is not display.
It is precision, atmosphere, and permanence.
Portraits and Process
Every project begins with listening — and with understanding how the space will be lived in, over time.
We work across all stages of a project, from early concept to construction and final installation.
Our process is structured and precise, with continuous involvement from concept through construction and final installation.
