We work on private homes and major renovations across Southern California, including San Diego and Los Angeles.
Who we are
Founded by Anton and Marina Fruktov, the studio brings together architectural discipline and artistic clarity.
With European design training and over two decades of residential experience, each project is resolved through proportion, material, and construction.
As a husband-and-wife design team, we work from two complementary perspectives — precision and intuition — balancing concept and execution as one continuous process.
Our work is grounded in structure, restraint, and long-term living.
