Interior Makeover Series 2013

A calm, tactile dining space shaped by proportion and material continuity. Warm wood surfaces extend from floor to ceiling, creating a unified architectural envelope that softens boundaries and reduces visual noise.

The long communal table acts as a quiet anchor. Its simplicity allows light, objects, and human presence to define the atmosphere rather than the form itself. Sculptural pendant lights introduce rhythm above, echoing organic layers and bringing a sense of softness to the geometry.

A muted green backdrop stabilizes the composition and absorbs contrast, allowing natural tones to remain dominant. Upholstered seating along the wall reinforces continuity and comfort, supporting both everyday use and extended gatherings.

The space is not designed as a statement, but as a setting for presence. It invites slower movement, conversation, and a more grounded experience of time.
