Interior Makeover Series 2016

A transformation built on structure rather than decoration.

The space is organized around a brass canopy frame — not as furniture, but as architecture. It defines proportion, creates a quiet center, and anchors the entire composition. Around it, surfaces remain restrained: textured walls, soft textiles, and controlled, indirect light.

A suspended fireplace introduces a sculptural focal point, while light brass partitions separate functions without interrupting flow. The room is divided, but never fragmented. Air and mass stay in balance.

Materials are limited and deliberate. Each element carries weight, nothing is purely decorative, nothing competes for attention.

The result is calm, precise, and inevitable — a space that feels composed rather than designed, even within the constraints of a fast transformation format.
