Ridge House

Ridge House is a detached spa pavilion created for a family residence in Millennium Park, near Moscow, Russia. Completed in 2023, the building extends the life of the main house with a private pool, saunas, hammam, and a second-floor gym for a family with two children.

The project is conceived as a contemporary modernist volume with a clear practical role. It creates a protected edge along the neighboring property while opening the interior toward the family’s own landscape and garden.

The ground floor is organized around the pool and wellness spaces. Water, heat, and rest are brought together in a calm sequence of rooms, allowing the building to work both as a place for daily family use and as a separate retreat within the residence.

The upper level contains a gym, positioned apart from the main house yet connected to the same architectural language. Large glazed openings bring daylight into the interior, while solid planes maintain privacy and give the building a composed, grounded presence.

Stone, wood, dark metal, and glass create a restrained material palette. The architecture relies on proportion, light, and the balance between openness and enclosure, rather than decorative effects.

Ridge House shows Fruktov Interiors’ approach to residential architecture, where a practical family program becomes a clear, enduring spatial experience.
