Paris Architectural Apartment
Paris Architectural Apartment is a private residence designed by Fruktov Interiors around proportion, spatial clarity, and disciplined material restraint.
Located within a historic Parisian building, the project preserves classical architectural elements while refining them through a contemporary lens. Arched openings, paneled walls, and original herringbone parquet establish a structured framework. Sculptural furniture and carefully selected objects introduce depth without creating visual noise.
The apartment was reorganized to strengthen axial views and spatial rhythm. Each room unfolds deliberately, from the arched dining niche to the integrated library and study. Custom millwork anchors the interior, reinforcing continuity and architectural cohesion rather than functioning as decoration.
In the primary suite, honed marble, tailored cabinetry, and softened natural light balance solidity with intimacy. Warm neutrals, natural wood, matte finishes, and carefully calibrated contrast create a controlled and tactile material palette.
The project reflects Fruktov Interiors’ approach to residential interior architecture in Paris, creating spaces that feel composed, enduring, and free from excess. The result is an apartment designed for presence and long-term living rather than short-term trends.
