Estate Homes
La Jolla
La Jolla Residence is a coastal estate shaped by light, curvature, and a seamless dialogue with the Pacific.
The architecture is defined by soft geometry — curved walls, circular skylights, rounded millwork — creating a fluid spatial experience that unfolds toward the ocean. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames uninterrupted sea views, while interior volumes remain calm and controlled.
The material palette is intentionally restrained. Travertine, warm wood, natural stone, and textured plaster form a tactile foundation. Sculptural elements are integrated as architectural gestures rather than decoration — freestanding art columns, carved volumes, and custom detailing reinforce the sense of quiet monumentality.
The dining area sits beneath a circular ceiling aperture, drawing daylight deep into the interior. The living space flows into a custom travertine bar and lounge zone, designed for both intimacy and openness. Every transition is softened, every edge considered.
The interior was conceived as a complete architectural composition — from spatial structure and custom cabinetry to lighting and material precision — ensuring clarity, continuity, and long-term comfort.
La Jolla Residence is envisioned as a refined coastal retreat — serene, tactile, and grounded in proportion — where architecture and nature exist in quiet equilibrium.
