Setun Valley Residence

Setun Valley Residence is a contemporary apartment in Moscow designed by Fruktov Interiors. The interior is shaped by precise geometry, layered materials, and a carefully controlled balance of openness and privacy.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas form a continuous composition. A transparent display structure creates a subtle boundary between the rooms while preserving light, long sightlines, and a sense of depth. Vertical wood elements introduce rhythm and soften the architectural lines.

Natural wood, dark stone, glass, and muted upholstery establish a calm material foundation. Black marble flooring gives the private areas a stronger graphic character, while lighter surfaces and warm wood bring balance to the shared spaces.

The dining room is defined by a deep red artwork and a pair of sculptural pendant lights. These elements create a measured point of intensity within an otherwise restrained interior.

Custom cabinetry and integrated storage are treated as part of the architecture. Carefully aligned surfaces reduce visual noise and allow texture, reflection, and light to define each space.

The bedrooms and bathrooms continue the same material language with a more intimate atmosphere. Dark stone, upholstered surfaces, warm lighting, and precise detailing create spaces that feel composed and protected.

Setun Valley Residence reflects the Fruktov Interiors approach to urban residential design, where proportion, material depth, and architectural clarity create a home that feels calm, distinctive, and enduring.
